"The hotel is the best one near the train station. Elegant, but with simple comfortable rooms. I feel safe here. The clientele at the hotel are more mature people. Lovely bar area and the restaurant is quite good. I booked at the last minute and paid a very steep price, but it was still lovely. "

"Clean and quaint hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful upon checking in. Only complaint was no A/C adjustments available in room so it was sweltering. Was told by front desk they would have to call in a maintenance request to adjust. Since stayed only 1 night, did not request service but also did not sleep well...due to the heat. Will stay at this hotel again but will be mindful of this issue and bring a portable fan."

Checkin was quick and easy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Ate at the restaurant and ordered the schnitzel which was very good! Lots of kebab places right nearby but we didn’t get to tray any unfortunately. "

"This was our third time at this Hotel and again we were not disappointed. The location of the Hotel is perfect for getting around Munich. There is so much to see and do locally and you can travel quite easily to other cities. On this occasion, we travelled to Berchtesgaden and the Eagles Nest with Get Your Guide. This was a trip not to be missed. The best part of our stay in Munich is the Hotel. The Staff are professional and extremely helpful. The breakfasts are amazing and the Staff are very attentive nothing is too much of a bother for them. We have stayed in the same room, although on different floors, on each of our visits. The Housekeepers do a wonderful job. On this occasion we got to know Karlo Zupanic from the Concierge team, who provided us with expert knowledge on where to visit and every day made sure to ask if we needed any assistance, which we did. Also at Reception we would like to mention Francesca and Pia who were both so helpful in arranging our trip to Nuremberg. We also would like to mention Omabi who is always there to welcome you when coming and going from the Hotel. We hope to visit again in the very near future."
