The unit itself was clean & functional. What I disliked was I booked a unit with private pool & paid extra yet was unable to utilise the pool as it was very dirty with tissues & debris. The water & surface was also not clean. I did let them know & have followed up with a request for a refund of the extra I paid but no response over one week later…..
Our companies use Raptors Lodge very often, the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units are great and it is a very affordable option for us. I can highly reccommend Raptors Lodge. Rooms are absolutely fabulous
The place was beautiful and clean, situated very close to the Kruger National Park which was very convenient for us. We loved everything about our however, the the electricity went off when we tried using the stove and it took over 2 hours to get assistance which was the only downside to the stay.
We use Raptors Lodge all the time for our business trips. We also recommend them or book Raptors when we have international guests.
Units with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms are always a bonus and fits our budget.
Clean, beautiful rooms with everything you need.

Not value for money very expensive for what you get. Dishes dirty, only 3 bowls, chipped cups, damp on walls, only 1 toilet roll for 7 people, no spare rubbish bag, no dishwasher tabs, no aircon upstairs, pictures on hotels.com were not unit 48!

I am sorry to hear that your stay was not what you expected.
We do urge guests on the welcome note to let us know if they have any problems. We would have definitely tried to assist with new cups, toilet paper and spare rubbish bags. As for the damp wall, we have treated this recently, so thank you for letting us know that it is back.
We hope that we can make this up to you if you ever decide to come back. We can put you in one of our other units.

The area around house 1, Was bad, for 12 Nights we where put just oposite a kindergarden, startet at 6.30 in the morning. And the had a roster which wake us every morning at 4.30! The chairs around the table at the patio, Was so dirty That we had to find a blanket to sit in. For 1 or 2 nights is ok but absoluty not for longer stay.

We are really sorry to hear you had a bad stay and it’s completely understandable why! Our deepest apologies you were allocated a unit next the school for 12 days, this should have been changed before your arrival, and we do not usually allocate that unit for long stay guests. We apologies for this.
If we were made aware of the problem during your stay, we would have moved you to another unit or upgraded you to a private unit with no extra cost. We indicate in our welcome letters and via email to call us anytime for anything, our duty manager phone is 24 hours it’s highly important to us to make you as comfortable as possible during your time with us.

I expected a hotel type room for 4 adults but on arrival I was surprised that we in fact had a two bedroom house. It was a well maintained property with a well stocked kitchen and good wifi. I wish we could have stayed longer.
On a tellement apprécié notre séjour que l'on a décidé de prolonger notre séjour : ils ont alors proposé soit de déplacer le client suivant pour nous maintenir dans le même lodge, ou de nous surclasser dans un lodge avec une meilleure vue et une piscine individuelle : nous avons choisi la seconde solution !
En arrivant nous avons signalé qu'il manquait de casseroles et surtout (crime de lèse-majesté pour un français!) : pas de tire-bouchon !
Dans l'heure et en notre absence, un set de casseroles & poêles neuf nous attendait dans son carton, posé sur la cuisinière ! ... un tire-bouchons l'accompagnait: encore merci pour la réactivité !
Väldigt fint! Vi kom fram på natten och hittade först inte det andra sovrummet som visade sig vara i en helt egen stuga! Mycket bekvämt med dubbla badrum, myggnät, AC, två duschar och egen uteplats med grill. Här kan man stanna många nätter.
No hotel staff at reception when we arrived at 6PM, the key was provided to us by a local ranger.
the wifi does not work at all, we reported to the ranger that gave us the key but he could not help. he tried to call the hotel responsible but they did not really care. we could not connect to wifi at all during our stay.
The apartment was not clean at all, cobwebs in every corner.
Sehr schöne ruhige Anlage, leider fehlte mir die persönliche Betreuung, wir mussten den Schlüssel bei einem Wachmann abholen und abgeben.
Die Bungalow sind sehr gross, mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem schönen Pavillon draussen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es ein Restaurant.
