The hotel itself was quite nice and clean, and we likely would have given 4 or 5 stars except for the fact that the room described in our booking was not what we were given. We booked a two bedroom suite that was advertised as two bedrooms with private bathrooms, king beds, separate dining/living area with table and couch. What we received was a one bedroom suite where the couch had been removed and a queen bed put in its place. And the second 'ensuite' was more like a powder room with a small stand up shower that couldn't be used without flooding the whole bathroom. When we brought these discrepancies to the hotel we were told essentially you get what you get. And there was no effort to fix the unusable shower. Overall the hotel itself was fine, buffet breakfast was good and outside of the room issue the staff was very friendly but be aware that the photos online are intentionally deceiving and are advertised as much larger than reality.

We had a great time at Son trà resort, beautiful beach and the Villa, staffs were friendly, our Villa was spacious, clean room excepted the toilet needed better job of cleaning around toilet seats. I was disappointed the most was my Niece she only twelve years old but the son trà resort considering that my twelve years old niece an adult so we had to paid extra $900.000 for my brother to stay overnight.

Expectations not met. Booked Junior Suite Twin, Panoramic View Pros: Spactious room Bathroom was nice with big bathtub Reception staff was helpful and polite Pool was nice Good variety for brekfast. 12000-15000 VND by bike Grab to most location. Car about 50k. Cons: Windows - dirty. Probs not washed in ?months. The view I was looking forward to: could not even take a picture on my phone. Room was hot. Not airconditioned prior my arrival and through those big big windows on suny side - warmed like greenhouse. Aircondition was not that powerful and took hours to get it to semi decent so I could sleep few hours (at least). Half of the ameinites mentioned were missing. Like ... what computer? What tootpaste? And why do I have to ask for fridge in premium apartment? Minibar? Forget it (it was two pots of instant noodles). Neutral: There is nothing around. Like nothing. Like.... nothing. But I could have do better research

The size of the room had my jaw dropping, and the view is just perfect. Facing beachfront and ocean view, you’ll see its beautiful sunrise. Room is clean. It had a kitchen but it’s not equipped except the basic kettle and boiler. Breakfast is average, the pool was nice. The staff though, they’re so nice and helpful. They deserved to be applauded!
