"This hotel is a hidden gem . The staff are wonderful they are always smiling and they can’t do enough for you. It’s a family run hotel and you really feel like part of there family. Any problem and Vinci will go out of his way to fix it asap.Cant recommend this hotel enough we had an amazing stay and will be back"

"Room was very damp - despite massive daily ventilation, moist walls, everything clammy. Our towels very more clammy and moist when we left than when we arrived. Room was ok clean - but moldy. Breakfast incl is one small dish/pers (ie 1 egg w/bread OR 1 youghurt w/fruit OR 1 pancake) only and 1 small drink. Everything else is extra. We didn’t get the homestay/family feel here at all - conversation was at a minimum. The least interested/welcoming stay we have had in 5 weeks. Owner was helpful w...

"We had a lovely stay at Allegro Hotel in Hoi An. The hotel was spotlessly clean – with excellent facilities and truly welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. Despite the torrential rain during our visit, the hotel felt like a peaceful retreat – cozy, calm, and beautifully maintained. The on-site spa was a highlight – relaxing and professional, a perfect way to unwind while waiting out the weather. Plus, the location is ideal – just a short walk to the Old Town. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hoi An, rain or shine."

Great New Resort Hotel with very friendly staff

"Wafaifo is a new resort hotel in Hoi An and as such its cleanliness was expeceted and delivered. Staff were very friendly even though they struggled with their English at times. Pool, breakfast and spa were all good. A better rotation of b/f items would be helpful to long stay customers and a wider dining menu would also be nice. These were said without any discredit to the staff. Duc the manager was very helpful with assisting my family's room and transport needs. He was always at hand to provide support and recommendations. Will recommend. "

"One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The setting is gorgeous - in the rice fields, with birds everywhere - and the hotel’s design is so appealing. We loved our room and the lobby. The staff was wonderful, too. The only drawback was it was a bit far from the ancient town - a ten minute taxi ride or 30 minute walk (we were too nervous to try bicycling). But the peaceful setting made that worth it. "

"We have been to some fantastic hotels over the years, La Siesta is first class.The breakfast in the morning has everything you could ever want and if you would like something that is not there, they will get it for you. The service is excellent from housekeeping to reception. The ideal hotel for Hoi An

"We had a great stay. This was our third time at the Sincerity and, hopefully, not the last one. Hotel is well located, close to the Old Town and to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is outstanding in all departments (cleaning, reception, restaurant). The bicycles, complimentary, could be better maintained, but it is really a minor consideration."

Great hotel and services. Best value for money.

"The service at the hotel is amazing. I have a wonderful stay at the hotel. There were a couple issues at the room but they addressed it quickly. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The room is big and nice balcony to relax after a long day. Breakfast has a lot of options. Hotel location is about 10-15 minutes walk from old town. I like it as it's very quiet at night. The hotel neighbourhood is very nice too, many shops, restaurants and mini-marts around. Very safe to walk around. There is free bike to use. I used it for 3 days and bike everywhere. Be aware that some bikes are not in good condition. You might want to check it before leaving the hotel. I ran into an issue on the last day. The paddle broke off while I was biking around. You can call the hotel or find a motorbike shop nearby to fix it. I have it fixed at a bike shop and bike back to hotel okay. Hotel also can arrange tour and book transportation too. They booked a car for me to go to Da Nang. It's cheaper than Grab."

Best stay in Hoi An!

"We were so happy here! The staff is so nice and goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. They even cooked us a complimentary meal when everything was closed on the holiday. We tried to extend our stay because we didn’t want to leave but it was fully booked. Will be back! "
