"The Moon Villa was a very lovely place to stay. The villa was clean, and our room was very spacious - btw room service included. "Room was very damp - despite massive daily ventilation, moist walls, everything clammy. Our towels very more clammy and moist when we left than when we arrived. Room was ok clean - but moldy. Breakfast incl is one small dish/pers (ie 1 egg w/bread OR 1 youghurt w/fruit OR 1 pancake) only and 1 small drink. Everything else is extra. "I cannot recommend the Reu enough. Every room was beautiful, the views were spectacular and the service was second to none. Every staffer worked with incredible attention to detail from reception, bellhop, waitstaff right down to the pool attendant, maintenance and gardener. Thank you for a wonderful experience. "

Great New Resort Hotel with very friendly staff

"Wafaifo is a new resort hotel in Hoi An and as such its cleanliness was expeceted and delivered. Staff were very friendly even though they struggled with their English at times. Pool, breakfast and spa were all good. A better rotation of b/f items would be helpful to long stay customers and a wider dining menu would also be nice. These were said without any discredit to the staff. Duc the manager was very helpful with assisting my family's room and transport needs. He was always at hand to provide support and recommendations. Will recommend. "

"We have been to some fantastic hotels over the years, La Siesta is first class.The breakfast in the morning has everything you could ever want and if you would like something that is not there, they will get it for you. The service is excellent from housekeeping to reception. The ideal hotel for Hoi An

"We had a great stay. This was our third time at the Sincerity and, hopefully, not the last one. Hotel is well located, close to the Old Town and to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is outstanding in all departments (cleaning, reception, restaurant). The bicycles, complimentary, could be better maintained, but it is really a minor consideration."

Great hotel and services. Best value for money.

"The service at the hotel is amazing. I have a wonderful stay at the hotel. There were a couple issues at the room but they addressed it quickly. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The room is big and nice balcony to relax after a long day. Breakfast has a lot of options. Hotel location is about 10-15 minutes walk from old town. I like it as it's very quiet at night. The hotel neighbourhood is very nice too, many shops, restaurants and mini-marts around. Very safe to walk around. There is free bike to use. I used it for 3 days and bike everywhere. Be aware that some bikes are not in good condition. You might want to check it before leaving the hotel. I ran into an issue on the last day. The paddle broke off while I was biking around. You can call the hotel or find a motorbike shop nearby to fix it. I have it fixed at a bike shop and bike back to hotel okay. Hotel also can arrange tour and book transportation too. They booked a car for me to go to Da Nang. It's cheaper than Grab."
