"The hotel is simply perfect, the service by staff was seamless from start right to the very end! The architecture is obviously bespoke, but the view, bed, the bath, the pool and spa are even better! I really enjoyed the included breakfast each morning, as well as using their bicycles to get into town. It’s even easier and affordable to get a grab bike and head into town whenever you want. On my last day of the trip, I broke out into a rash (possibly from eating street food the night before)...

We spent 7 days at Hoiana and proximity to the local town meant we could Eat and enjoy the local culture away from the hotel In the evenings (20 mins) taxi. We would stay again and the rates were reasonable for a luxury resort although we felt the service standards were not as good as they could Be for this level of resort. "

Their cleaning of the whole room was not as thorough as expected, leaving dirty dishes and rubbish around the kitchen area as well as the rubbish bin. But we had a staff support group...

"Hotel is right opposite the beach and promenade, great for a stroll or dip in the water. The view from our room was beautiful as we watched the sun rise over the beach. Roof top pool was great, well serviced with open bar and light food. Would highly recommend this hotel."
