Very nice staff. Free bicycles to use. Rooftop bar for sunset. Quiet. Location 15 minute walk to center of activity. Spa was very nice.

What an amazing hotel! The decor is absolutely beautiful. The building is in a great condition and it has been tastefully decorated throughout. The staff is so friendly and attentive. The massage was the best I'd had in a long time. It's a little further away from the main tourist area in Hoi An but apart from the location I can't fault this hotel at all. Such amazing value! The bed and room were just beautiful. I'd definitely stay again when I'm back in Hoi an.

We enjoyed our stay at Delicacy hotel very much. Very friendly and helpful staff, brand new and sparkling clean hotel, elegant and comfortable rooms, great breakfast (with the option to dine on the balcony), excellent service, and the best massage in Vietnam by the wonderful Kay Lin.

A beautiful and newly renovated hotel that is about 5 mins walk from the ancient town in Hoian. Everything was perfect during our stay. We received top notch hospitality from the hotel staff, who were always attentive and kind to preempt what we may need even before we ask. We stayed at the premium double room with balcony and pool view, which was spacious and we really liked the layout of the room and decor. We will definitely stay here again if we were in Hoian again.

Super schönes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Wir waren drei Nächte hier, nach der ersten Nacht wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, falls unser Zimmer, welches sich direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl befand, zu laut sein sollte (es war aber nicht zu laut). Der Aufmerksamkeit des Service und die Gastfreundschaft machte den Aufenthalt perfekt!! Die Old-Town erreicht man nach circa 15 Minuten laufen, aber man kann auch kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen, womit man überall super schnell hin gelangt. Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!
