Hotel staff didn’t talk to us too much however our travelling friend knew them from a previous visit and received a lot of attention. Was really nice property, but could stay down by the river for potentially less cost"

"Fantastic stay at the Renaissance hotel, the staff were warm, welcoming, polite and always lovely to speak with, special shout-out to Nguyen, Hannah and Mark. Our Junior Suite room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view over the pool and beach. The pool and beach themselves were calm and relaxing even when the hotel itself was busy, and breakfast had plenty of options catering for all cuisines. "
