Nice little boutique hotel in the heart of Hoi An. walkable to all attraction. just a few minutes walk to all restaurants in Hoi An. The staff are extremely help, especially, Rose, Kate and Cherry (front desk staff). they are very attentive and really helpful for pick out tours or restaurants around town. Definitely will come back and highly recommend if you are planning to visit Hoi An.

I stayed at this hotel from March 4-11, 2023. It is tastefully decorated in the old world charm style with a touch of class. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff and manager were very welcoming, graceful and keen to make our stay a very pleasant one. we thoroughly enjoyed their warm hospitality. The daily breakfast consisted of generous spread of high quality regional Vietnamese and Western foods. Even the pickiest eaters will find something to eat there. My compliments to the chef! Thanks to Cherry, Kate, Kayle, Rose, Richard, Tony, Tiny, Kelvin and Son for your conscientious efforts and sincerity in making our first visit to Vietnam a very memorable one. I hope to see you again in a year or two.

Great staff and hotel is perfect for a few day stay. Location is also perfect. Next to Night Market. Recommend taking the shuttle to beach for a few hours too. Many tailors in town…recommend Yaly, as the prices were more in line vs tourist trap places.

The service at this hotel was very good. The room was spacious, clean, and nice. The staff was incredible. The hotel spa was perfect.

Lovely, elegant hotel in the heart of the action
Little Hoi An was a perfect place to stay and see the old section of the town. Just on the edge of the historic district, minutes away from the river, bars, restaurants, historic sites, but still comfortable and quiet. The staff was excellent, the food inside the hotel good (and I highly recommend Faifo, the restaurant also owned by the same hotel group, about 10 minutes away by foot -- it was outstanding.) I would happily stay here again.

am very happy with my stay at this charming boutique hotel . Knowing that I have a little craving for the famous banh mi Phuong , Staff Tracy offers to ride a bike out and fetch for me while I wait for my transport to the airport at the lobby . Thou I declined her kind offer , her gesture truly left an impression .truly a remarkable service . Thank you and hope to see you in the near future . Another recommendable staff Mica , my departure date is her off day , and she got her colleague to bid me goodbye on her behalf .
