We loved the location. It’s just a short walk to the old town, lantern lake and night markets. Breakfast had similar things to the other places we stayed at in Vietnam but tasted the best! Has aircon and a ceiling fan. Very thorough checkin and was welcomed with a drink and little cake. Pool was actually cool as it is covered.

Great location within walking distance to the night market, central area, and river. The hotel has a charming retro design with modern comforts, and our room was spacious and cozy. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive—helping with luggage, offering welcome drinks, fruits, and cold towels, which was a lovely touch in the hot weather. One area for improvement would be soundproofing, as noise from outside and upper floors was noticeable. Otherwise, the stay was peaceful, clean, and good value. Overall: A cozy boutique hotel with excellent service and a strategic location—highly recommended for a stay in Hoi An.

One of the best stays on our Vietnam trip. The staff were the real stars, they were incredibly helpful and gave us many great tips on where to eat and what to do. Always polite and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we even had a balcony (facing the restaurant out front 😂). The only minor inconvenience was the noise in the morning, we were right next to the staff room, so it got a bit lively. Also, not the best place for an afternoon rest if there's a noisy group in the restaurant.

We booked three rooms for one night and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to better rooms upon arrival. The river views were amazing and really elevated the experience. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The staff member who first assisted us was especially friendly and informative (unfortunately I didn't catch his name). The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast, which was included, was outstanding-especially the made-to-order omelets. In the evening we had a few drinks at the bar, and the two servers who helped us were attentive and accommodating. When one of my drinks didn't meet my taste preferences, they kindly removed it from the bill. At checkout, Kayle was extremely friendly and helpful. When we asked about purchasing two umbrellas, she generously provided us with two brand-new ones. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel. Rooms: 5 | Service:

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff could not do enough to help. We loved our third floor river view room. Very easy walking distance to everything. We took bikes to the pottery village, the vegetable village and the paddy fields. Hoi an is stunning but everything is about getting you to spend your money. Beware the scooter riding smooth talking scammers who claim to be from the tourist board, give you a scratchcard and tell you you’ve won a big prize. They target couples in the area and tried with us 3 times - the first occasion was literally as we’d stepped outside the hotel. It’s a timeshare scheme - be warned!!! The Morning Glory chain of restaurants are fantastic - the mother’s kitchen one was amazing and I’d highly recommend.
