"I had a lovely stay and was extremely well looked after by the lovely, friendly team. I was upgraded to a sea-facing room which was very special! The food was great with a mix of Vietnamese and international cuisine. There was a small issue with the minibus collecting guests from Hoi An town - he did not communicate his presence, and I was unable to locate him! This was easily resolved by a cab ride. It did not spoil my fantastic stay there. "

"Excellent customer services from every department. Beautiful design of the complex and each room. Swimming pool designs are breathtaking. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections are endless and delicious. I left my very expensive reading glasses behind for 3 days and they still had it when I rang back. Now that’s impressive. We stayed in this hotel twice already and will not stay anywhere else in Hoi An other than this. "

Clean, staff are great, its a good place to relax knowing its at the end of Hoi An which there are no more tourist spots around, not a lot of people outside and its secluded. Has a private beach so no need to go to An Bang"
