"Hotel is within walking distance and very close to the Historic area. All the hotel staff (reception, breakfast area, bellman, housekeeping) were super friendly and accommodating. Attended the free pottery class too. The full body Vietnamese massage at the in-house spa was good too. Breakfast spread had everything, including some Vietnamese staples. Guest room was very clean and well kept. Great value for the price I paid!"

Fantastic location, service and food!

"Service was amazing, it is a beautiful property and landscaping. The pool was warm and had great lounge chairs beside it. Everything was very clean. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very beautiful. Great amenities were in the room, including air-conditioning, a nice big countertop to put your stuff, a refrigerator, coffee, and tea station, and rain, shower head plus all the toiletries you need. The breakfast was wonderful with very unique and tasty dishes, and beautiful presentation. It was in a great location as well. Just a short walk to get to everything you want to visit in the old town."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Thuy Duong 3 Boutique Hotel & Spa. The hotel is in excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The service was truly outstanding, and Tai was especially amazing. Every time we needed something, he went above and beyond to assist us with a smile. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference in our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The hotel organised our airport transfer, which was smooth and convenient. Throughout our stay, every ride, meal, and interaction reflected genuine care and high-quality service. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to Hoi An’s main attractions, with plenty of shops, cafes, and amenities nearby. Despite being so central, the hotel feels peaceful and relaxing. I also had a massage at the spa, and it was fantastic, professional and deeply relaxing, just what I needed after travelling. This hotel offers great value, beautiful surroundings, and a team that truly cares about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.
