Incredible buffet breakfast, the sweetest staff who were so accommodating. Two pools, lots of fun things to do locally. They even organised free shuttle buses to go see sites. Dont pass on this incredible hotel!

From the moment we checked in, the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Buffet breakfast was amazing with a great selection to choose from. Cocktails were delicious. Big thank you to Luna being very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if your staying in Hoi An.

Amazing service from everyone working there. Nice and varied breakfast, spacious rooms with a great feel, and two swimming pools is a real bonus considering the weather and need for swims.

Very nice stay at great hotel. Nancy og Jessie were so sweet an helpfull with everything. If ever Hoy An again, for sure same hotel. Spa girls were fantastic, we loved it so much 😊

Perfect Family Getaway with a Touch of Luxury

The hotel was amazing,luxurious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ame for the extra friendly service, it really made our stay even more enjoyable. Our six-year-old daughter loved the play area in the restaurant, which gave us the chance to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. A truly refreshing and memorable stay.

Emily and I were welcomed warmly by the staff especially Luna who organised all our activities and what to see. She gave us amazing recommendations for eating out. The room was great and the breakfast was very nice. Situated 5-10 mins to the night markets. Do recommend.

The hotel breakfast was very nice and the staff ie nancy and ame where very friendly and on point every morning the receptionist luna was also very friendly and helpful we had a spa afternoon in the hotel and the girls in the spa sara,sam,vy and Cheryl where excellent would defo visit again the hotel is one of the best we've stayed in

Super friendly staff especially Amie and Jessi. They went above and beyond. Rooms were well appointed and the daily cakes and biscuits were a lovely touch. Both pools were nice, but potentially a few my sun loungers are required for busier periods. Breakfast was incredible and amazing variety. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Hoi An.

Kathy was fantastic! She welcomed me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything I needed. My room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, an excellent stay made even better by Kathy’s outstanding service. Highly recommend!

The hotel and staff are perfect. I booked the president suite and it was worth it. The room was full of thoughtful touches for my partners birthday. The spa is fantastic. All of the staff have looked after us like family and I cannot thank Lily enough. I wish I could stay longer. 💕

Rooms were gorgeous Jessi was amazing to help in every possible way Spa treatments by Sami was also exceptional Just breakfast was plentiful but lacked a bit of flavour sometimes and the jaccuzi in spa is a cold water one. Steam room and sauna were great. However amazing experience with free shuttlebus etc. Staff really make this place incredible

Overall, this property was great, but it does feel a bit on the older side. I noticed a smell coming from the vent when the AC was turned on, and one night, I had to leave the balcony door open. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. The staff could be a bit more attentive—less time on personal phones during check-in would improve the experience. That said, for the price and convenience, the hotel isn’t a bad choice.

Great Hotel, lovely friendly and helpful staff, especially Kaytee who looked after us. Nice location which is a short walk or shuttle bus to the centre. Choice of 2 nice pools and a rooftop bar for an afternoon drink to cool down. When I come back to Hoi An I will be staying here again for sure.

We stayed here for 14 nights in August, it was excellent. The location was quiet & calm yet only 5-7 minutes away from the beach or city centre by free shuttle or Grab. Plenty of restaurants, cafes or mini-marts a few metres away on the same street. We both found that the staff always went out of their ways to help us with everything. Tom, Luna & Nguyen are really great & were always helpful. I wish I could remember more names, all were fantastic. But our absolute favourite was Kathy. She was brilliant. We would definitely stay again, and are already planning on returning.
