"Quiet retreat to stay while also being within a walking distance from old town and local cafes and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Vietnamese therapy massage in the spa was very relaxing and breakfast delicious with plenty of food choices. The pool is enjoyable after a day out in town."

"Spent 2 weeks at this amazing hotel. Had premier deluxe river view room and the morning view was stunning. The grounds overlooking the river are amazing to just sit and watch the boats go by. Staff are so friendly and helpful and everywhere was immaculate. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Once a week a bbq dinner was held by the river with an amazing spread of food. Only 5-10 mins walk to the stunning old town so a perfect location. Staff are very quick to respond to any issues that arise. We left the hotel with the staff standing outside waving us off. Thank you so much Bel Marina. We leave feeling relaxed ( especially from the fab spa as well ). Highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Hired a motorbike and travelled hai van pass. Recommend the nearby rice field cafes called Chilax and le locast. Do not leave without seeing the nearby Hoi a memories show !Simon & Mandy"

"I had an excellent stay at RiverTown Hoi An Hotel & Spa. As a solo traveller, I found it very relaxing and comfortable. The location is great—around a 5–10 minute walk to the night entertainment and restaurants, and from there you can easily access the lantern boats. If you can, try to get a room on the 8th floor as the views are amazing. The hotel is clean and well looked after, with a couple of pools to choose from and a chilled poolside bar. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, especially when it came to recommending and booking attractions. There’s also an onsite spa if you feel like treating yourself. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and I would definitely recommend it."

"We had a wonderful stay here. Ms. Tran and Mr. Cuong looked after us so well during our stay here in Hoi An. Our rooms were spacious and directly access to the infinity pool, we just walked out and had our morning swimming everyday! The hotel room were included breakfast and the breakfast were so good. We will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again when we visit Hoi An!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 7 nights. The room was spacious and clean with great air conditioning and the staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. In particular we were greeted every morning with a beautiful smile from Bell Supervisor - Ong Duc Viet - he was so helpful and his friendly service was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. In a great location just a short walk from the old town."

"Palm Garden Resort was absolutely stunning - it was extremely well maintained and beautiful from every angle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile on their face. Our room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed and more - big bed, TV, air conditioner, hairdryer, drying horse, wardrobe, dressing table, umbrellas, robes, slip on shoes, etc. To top it off, the room was serviced twice a day and the staff always left a couple of biscuits in the evening which was a nice touch and they were delicious. The buffet breakfast was also super delicious and had so many options. There were a couple chefs there every morning who were cooking eggs to order and staff would either ask you or you could ask the staff to make you a coffee. The resort also offered a shuttle bus into Hoi An city three times a day and back three times a day which was really great. My only critiques would be that the pool was a little too warm which wasn’t very refreshing to swim in and the equipment in the gym wasn’t well maintained, it was a little rusty and old, it was also quite hot in the gym which wasn’t very inviting. Regardless, we’d definitely stay at the resort again, we really loved it there. Thank you for having us!"
