This is a very pretty hotel. The decor and the all of the art was very nice. Our bed was a little hard for me and the shower took ages to heat up. The pool area is nice and shady but some of the tiles were coming loose on the floor of it. The breakfast was average. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great little massage place next to it called Miaa beauty that I would go back to again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby, our room, the bathroom - were artfully decorated. It is located a bit away from the busy town, which makes it a nice refuge from all the noise and activities in Hoi An. We were not as impressed with the staff at the hotel, however. The main manager was rude to us during check-in, and the rest of the staff were almost not present. We almost felt like we were intruding on them by staying there. The breakfast buffet was just OK - a lot of the food seemed like it was restaurant leftovers from the day before. Overall we had a nice stay and the hotel has lots of potential, but there are likely more friendly properties to choose from in Hoi An.

Walkable to the ancient town and very clean hotel. Service was good and all around a positive experience. Hotel is located in an alleyway which is slightly dirty, but still safe.

Everything you could want in a hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were clean and felt like you were walking into a Wes Anderson film. The staff was phenomenal. If you are able, stay here! Easiest decision you will ever make.

We had a wonderful stay at Son Hoi An Boutique Hotel. There was a minor issue with our booking at check (occurring from an issue at Expedia’s end). Staff were able to resolve this for us and ensured it did not negatively impact our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we loved the attention to style and detail. The staff were friendly and helpful and the free shuttle bus to the beach was a great bonus. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

A fabulous find! Staff exceptional especially Hong, Lanh and Mrs Trang in the restaurant who really made our stay special. Food excellent and beautiful decor. Great value for money in a quieter area but still very convenient for everything. Well done to the complete team for adding to the enjoyment of our holiday!

We had a good family stay here. Interior design is phantastic despite the open bath concept. Sometimes you need to remind the servi e to clean the room. I would recommend the hotel to others especially because of its location.

Beautiful Hoi An

It’s pretty much a new hotel. Love the French vibe it gave. However, the walls were so thin that footsteps, voices from the pool and dining area can be heard from the room. Prompt and friendly service.

Son Hoi An is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The grand suite room was fantastic but above that is how good the staff and services are. They were all attentive and happy to help with any enquiry. The services are superb at the hotel. The restaurant was so good we ate there twice. Laundry is cheap and efficient - we had it returned within hours. The spa is excellent and extremely reasonably priced. The hotel arranged return transfers to the airport. Overall I would definitely encourage anyone visiting Hoi An to stay in this hotel.

Really disappointed with stay. Our room was incredibly loud next to lift shaft and other room noise was terrible. The sliding door in room didn’t lock. Some staff were nice. We not stay again - very poor value for money compared with other hotels in area.
