"Really great hotel with great facilities. We had an issue at check in but this was dealt with excellently by the duty manager, Aliks. The restaurants, pools and rooms are great and the beach is nice."

"The resort is gorgeous. Well laid out property with plenty of pools, beautiful beach and incredible staff. The breakfast buffet is a 10/10. So much food variety and the quality is excellent. We were very happy with the room service and food delivered to the pool. Everything was so good! The staff is very friendly, helpful and speaks English very well. They were very responsive to any concerns. One problem was that the room I booked only had one bed for a family of 4. They were able to add a cot for a fee. Another issue was our lock kept not working and they had to repair our room lock 3x during our stay. While inconvenient, the response time was immediate so the quick response was much appreciated. The sunrises over the infinity pool were breathtaking. The gym and kids club were very nice. Our kids had a wonderful time “this is my favorite place!” My little kid said about breakfast and the pool. Overall we would be happy to go back."

We never had to go looking for assistance—she was always one step ahead, initiating conversations and offering help before we even had to ask. Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Katie organised our tours seamlessly and catered to our specific needs with such ease and attention to detail. Her knowledge, professionalism, spontaneity, and genuine kindness made our experience even more memorable. She is a true asset to Naman Retreat, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. As for Naman Retreat itself, this is far more than just a place to stay—it is a truly unforgettable experience. Every aspect of the retreat has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of luxury, tranquillity, and relaxation. The stunning infinity pool appears to blend seamlessly into the ocean, creating breathtaking views! Cannot recommend it enough ! Definitely will be back !"
