👎 Pool side Jacuzzi is a joke, barely fit in four people and the water is lukewarm. My family were advised to reserve a grilled seafood buffet at time of checking in. The seafood variety selection is below average. No lobster or good quality crab. I accidentally tipped the wine glass over, the waitress refused to refill the white wine even though one of our beverages was water. It’s definitely overrated on the website, disappointed!

Everything was great. Breakfast buffet could be improved since they were not warm for the whole time, and food refilling should be organized a little more effective because paxes had to wait for the staff to set up food. A là cart lunch and dinner were perfect! We will come back.

I had issues w/ some of the service, i was at the sitini pool and i had saved a lounge chair and went to the bathroom, i even told the server to serve me in that seat. after i went to the bathroom, i come back and a couple had taken the chairs that i had saved, the server actually told me to go get another seat and I had to ask the couple to give me back the seats, which they were nice enough to do but i was frustrated that the staff knew I had those seats, and had told me to get another seat.

深いバスタブ、部屋からの眺め、料理がおいしい、親切なスタッフ 年明けから5泊し、私たちに合ったちょうど良いホテルだったと思います。 ホテルを選ぶにあたりYouTubeの旅動画や、ChatGPTなどのAI検索結果を参考に、食事がおいしい、静かに過ごせるビーチリゾート、市街地までGrabで30分以内の立地を条件に決めました。 ホテル内のHAY HAYレストランは朝食ビュッフェとディナーで利用しました。ビュッフェは品数が多く料理も毎日少しずつ変わるので滞在中飽きることはありませんでした。 夕食はベトナム料理のメニューが沢山あり、ハーブや酸味を効かせた味が我が家好みでした。 滞在中は自動翻訳されるLINEチャットで、ホテルの方とやり取りでき、言葉の壁を感じずにリクエストを伝えることが出来ました。 担当してくれたKatieさんは、何が困っていないか？リクエストは無いか？と毎朝メッセージをくれるので、安心していろいろとお願い出来ました。勧めてくれた空港までの送迎も快適でした。 次にダナンへ旅行することがあれば、また滞在したいホテルです。

We had a 3-Bedroom Villa......6 adults & 2 toddlers Staff were very attentive especially Helen ! Rooms were good size & serviced daily Common Room however was not functional at all. Very nice hotel. The staff are wonderful. The weather was not great so it would be nice if they heated their pools so they can still be enjoyed when it’s colder weather.

Whilst the weather was rainy for our 5 nights , the warmth of the Naman staff made for an enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Katie our “Ambassador” who was always available , attentive and a pleasure to be around.
