"Perfectly fine and great value. Room was lovely and spacious. Hotel is a lovely design and looked very clean. However, breakfast (for me) was so poor I barely ate anything on the last two days of our 4 night stay. Food looked as if it came out and sat for days in a row. Staff also seemed preoccupied and were not very responsive to requests. Location is quite far out of the ancient town, it was fine with a taxi/ grab, but is a decent 30 min walk to the waterfront. "

"Cocochine is a 3 star hotel definitely in need of some refurbishing, but the location and the value for the price you pay is excellent. The hotel service was very friendly and let me check-in a little early after a whole night of traveling and this was much appreciated. The location is perfect: two blocks from the ocean and right in the middle of many restaurants, shops spas, etc. I had a nice room with a view and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cocochine. If you're looking for a 4 - 5 star hotel...

"We stayed for three weeks third floor facing the rice patties, which is just wonderful every morning to go out on the balcony have some coffee and see the sites. Very quiet at night. Service was outstanding from the front desk to the manager to the one that tended the Rooms happy birthday HOA! We did try the food on several occasions and it was very good. Lovely 3 weeks!"

"The owners (Yuen and Lim) are wonderful, they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay with them. The room was quite large and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and filling, we had pancakes made by Lim and the pool was great for a dip in the hot and humid weather. It was relaxing and stress free. It's a little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend staying there and great value."

"My wife and I stayed hear for 6 days in Feb 2025! It’s a typical cheap and cheery hotel. 7 minutes walk to the beach. We found it clean and in a good location! Great service and the mangers speak good English. For $15 a night no complaints! "
