The best hotel we stayed in when travelling Vietnam. The hotel is situated very close to the Hoi A Night Market and the Hoi A Lantern Boats. The hotel staff were very friendly and advised on how to get the best tickets for attractions. Restaurant recommendations were also given - try Miss Ly’s if you get the chance. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were excellent. We also used the on-site restaurant and spa services, both of which were outstanding. Cannot recommend more highly

We had a lovely time at The Signature and particularly appreciated the free foot massages! The hotel is as lovely as it looks in the pictures, and we would have been happy to stay longer. The staff were wonderful, and the location is great.

Our two-night stay was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and truly went above and beyond; they even proactively reached out to us to arrange an airport pickup, and the price was notably cheaper than getting a Grab ourselves. Our room was quite decent, and we particularly liked the charming, traditional Vietnamese decor. The location truly stands out, offering super easy access to the Old Town, as well as a variety of restaurants, spas, and bars right nearby. The only small issue we encountered was with the bathroom's water flush, which could be improved.

Booked this hotel at the very last minute and there's no regret. Convenient located at a quiet spot just outside the old town, close but not too close. Lots of choices for food, drinks and spa. In fact, the hotel itself has a very good spa and restaurant.
