"The hotel is just perfectly clean. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. Its close to Hoi An center and to the beach, you can rent a bicycle for free. If you are tired and dont feel like going in to town, there’s great restaurants around the corner. And they do roomservice and massages And a great pool! The breakfast has everything you could wish for. I would highly recommend going to Kim An hotel!"

"Checkin was great, staff here is fantastic, the breakfast was cooked to order and perfect for a quick bite, the room was very clean as the rest of the villa, you get to share the living room with other tenants on your floor….the only bad things were the bathroom should have a screen so mosquito can’t get in and the room could use a fresh coat of paint on the wall due to paint be chip off from the head boards of the bed and some foot smudges, the pillows and bed sheets are very clean, got a great...

"Fantastic little hotel in Hot An. A little out of the centre of town (but closer to the beach). Lovely staff and such a nice, clean hotel. Amazing value for money. The only feedback I would give is perhaps to put a sign or hand rail near the steps into the pool, as I did slip badly fell down the steps into the Pool and hurt myself. This didn't change my opinion of the hotel though, it was fab! "
