A special shout-out to Marlyni, the morning receptionist, who truly made my stay unforgettable. Her warmth, professionalism, and friendly energy brightened every morning. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, and I’m so grateful for her. Thank you to all the staff for creating such a comfortable, safe, and pleasant experience. Tropical Palace Hotel has a wonderful team, and it really shows. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Belize! "

"The staff was very friendly and attentive. Beautiful property and the food we ate at the resort was very good! Only downside was an issue we had with a 3rd party they use to go deep sea fishing. We paid extra for a larger boat but got the same boat that came with the package that was $350 cheaper. We tried to get this resolved with the staff before leaving since they were closed but they weren’t able to do anything. A week later we heard back from the company and they did not help and actually blocked my boyfriend after he explained what happened as wrong…. So don’t use the company they are associated with for fishing, or if you do make sure you are getting exactly what you paid for prior to the trip. "

The pool remodel was being finished and looks like it’ll be nice. There is a dog named Max who comes to hang out at the bar and he is a very good boy. "
