Good price.

A wonderful hotel to stay in, close the touristy places, like Buckingham Palace and the London Eye. Staff was very nice, the room was clean and quiet. There is even a door man. I would stay here again.

We booked two rooms for two travelers for three nights and then decided to extend our stay one night and had to switch to more expensive rooms for the last night due to availability. The water pressure in my room was extremely low. There was a touch screen control panel for the air conditioner in my room and on the second night the panel lit up and was so bright it woke me up. It was impossible to turn the light off and I had to try to block it by hanging my sun hat over it which didn’t block the light completely and I had to wear my sleep mask. My traveling companion said the floor in his room for the first three nights was dirty in addition to the periodic rumbling noises that disturbed his sleep. When we transferred rooms for the last night my companion was given a ground floor room that was set out for handicapped. When he came back to the room later he discovered there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. He tested if there was hot water in the shower and noticed there were little bugs like water fleas near the drain which washed down when he turned on the water which eventually got hot. We were told no other rooms were available as they were fully booked. Their maintenance went in and couldn’t find bugs but hot water issue remained. They only gave us about a 1/3 refund for that room and claimed that room had been occupied the night before with no problems but I don’t believe it because we switched rooms before 9 am and there wouldn’t have been time to clean it.
