"I chose this hotel because it’s close to a concert venue. When I arrived the lobby was overflowing with people trying to check in. There was one desk clerk trying to handle it all and another one in training. They picked a terrible time to do that. I know he was doing his best but he said “it’s always like this on concert days”. The couple in front of me were given room keys and immediately came back to the lobby because there were still guests occupying the room. I was given room keys and the housekeeper literally had just started cleaning. Also, they had just removed the pools cover- it wasn’t open yet and it’s Memorial Day weekend. Come on Hyatt Place, do better."

"Immediately walked out of the first room I had been assigned it smelled absolutely horrible like rot or something. The second room I got was decently clean and didn’t smell like the first. The property overall had a mildew smell and the hallway carpets were filthy. The pictures make it look very modern but in reality everything was very dated."

"This is by far one of the best Hyatt I’ve stayed in, the staff was absolutely amazing and a tentative. The property is very clean and well maintained, don’t forget the free breakfast lol I definitely recommend this particular Hyatt. It also is in a great location with plenty of amenities and shopping and food and it’s not far from Midtown or downtown Atlanta.."

"We came in to go to a Braves game. This was the right place. They have some great Braves themed decor. The restaurants had a great food, and it was convenient to walk to the park. Self-parking was easy, and the valet at the door did a great job of explaining the parking situation. The room was clean and comfortable. We got a package that made parking $5 a night and a $25 credit to use for food or items at the store on the property. It was a very good value. We would definitely stay there again. "
