"Our room/suite was perfect. It was clean and comfortable, especially for the price! We enjoyed our coffee each morning on the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. You're basically within a mile or two of lots of food options. We actually walked to dinner on the pier at a place called Wicked Tuna. Superb! Riptydes is just down the block, as well. The only drawback were the crowds and traffic on Ocean Boulevard during the evenings over the weekend. We were there near the very end of the off-season and Saturday night was beyond crowded. I can only imagine once the Summer season kicks in. But, if you want a nice place to stay, complete with your own kitchen, an ocean view and steps from the beach, you can't beat this. Note: Bring your own beach towels."

"The room was very clean. The only issue was the bathroom door could not close completely. Most of the staff was very friendly. My issue was the gentleman that checked us in. He was very surly. Seemed irritated that we reserved our room on Hotels.com. I asked about military discount, he said you booked with Hotels.com, your out of luck, I can't do a thing for you. Then smiled about it. The lady in the coffee shop could use some customer service skills as well. When you entered you felt rushed to get your stuff and get out. If you looked around she stared at you like you were a thief. The rest of the staff amazing, very helpful. Make sure to bring a credit card, they don't take cash. The pools were great, well maintained and temperature was perfect. Didn't get to use the hot tub, due to people staying in too long, drinking. All in all a good experience."

"My husband and I have enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here every other year, and it has always been a place we look forward to returning to. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was impacted by significant issues with the arrival and valet process. The entrance for check-in and valet service was extremely congested, with cars often left unattended and traffic backing up as guests attempted to enter. There did not appear to be a clear system in place, and the lack of staff directing traffic contributed to the confusion and delays. At times, vehicles were not being moved efficiently, which made it difficult for others to access the property. This experience was noticeably worse than in previous visits and detracted from an otherwise special occasion. Implementing a more organized system—such as having staff dedicated to directing traffic and improving the flow of valet parking—would greatly enhance the arrival experience. Due to this issue, we are now considering other options for future stays, which is disappointing given how much we have enjoyed coming here in the past."

"Super clean room, which was good. Unfortunately, it appeared they are short-handed with the cleaning staff. They are supposed to change the towels and take out the trash, but no one showed up to do it. We had to take our towels down to the laundry to exchange towels. And we left our garage bags in the hallway to be picked up. They stayed there for 1 1/2 days! Makes me wonder if they are short staffed, then reduce the amount of rooms that are being used. I would have given them 4 or 5 stars if it wasn’t for the towel exchange and the garbage."
