"Good ocean view, clean amenities. "

"The hotel location was great, nice pool amenities with an adult pool. Beautiful views of the ocean. Very nice restaurant with great food. Front desk staff was great including Denise and Susan. The only negative comments would be that the rooms are outdated, including the bathroom. Also, we were told housekeeping would be daily and they only came once in 5 days. I called each day to ask them to dump trash and they never did. We needed to call for new towels and rather than come into the room they opened the door and dropped off a big bag of towels on the floor. "

"When i got to the room it hadn't been vacuumed, very old and dresser drawers would not stay closed, went to take a shower and someone was banging on the door so i got out of the shower ,i was naked and an employee was entering ,as i shut the door on him he said that he was informed that i want a different room i said no i didn't request it and that doesn't give him the right to enter for any reason. Told 2 managers and and heard nothing , when i finally confronted one she blew it off saying he was new like its ok to do that. Then my do not disturb sign was taken it took 4 times asking for one and said i want no one in my room the manager assured me no one would enter. When i returned the maid had been in. No one at this place cares about customers. "

"Was unable to contact the front desk to advise of late check in - I was given an email address to contact a manager and I never received a response. When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. "

"Terrible experience with the Guest manager!! very unprofessional i was told at the desk that it showed on the computer that I had 2 reservations of course I only needed 1 please tell me if i shoukd have been charged for both reservations dated for the same one night stay? Now I am being told by criwn reef oh they cant refund me . We will see cooperate i sure hope your customer service is much better than your guest management she walked away after being unprofessional and no return smh. Did not want to assist me an did not. Just rude!!"
