We loved our stay here! So beautiful and fancy. I really like the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cream. Such a nice scent. What a dreamy stay overall :-) I will love to go back. So close to the ocean and Disneyland. I love the free shuttle busses and it's actually not far to walk (go to the ocean part at the back and just walk down the path). The only think I would say is the pillows smelt like rubber or foam or something. I could smell it through the pillow cases and had to put my doona on it to sleep. Maybe they will change this, as they just closed for renovations. Disney Explorer Hotel doesn't have those kind of rubber-y pillows.

We only stayed for one night, long layover and wanted to take the kids to Disneyland. Property was very well maintained. Staff is friendly. A lot of variety at breakfast buffet plus the characters took their time with my boys. Outdoor pool looked very nice but we didn’t have time to swim. Overall, we picked this property for convenience but we had no regrets because we had a very pleasant stay. Will definitely comeback and stay longer.

Fantastic stay here with 2 kids. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly and very attentive. Lots of space around the hotel to run around including the outdoor maze and a really nice pool as well.

Very friendly staff. Location is perfect is free shuttle bus. Other Disney hotels and the actual theme park are also within walking distance if the weather permits. We had a sea view room with balcony and it was lovely to the sea right in front of our room. We were treated like VIP when we visited the explorer hotel next door when the shuttle bus stopped, staff provided us transport back in a Alphard. Very happy with the room, the service as well as the price we paid for the room.

Breakfast was over $350 HK dollars but worth the splurge. We almost booked our stay at Hollywood Hotel next door but glad we didn’t because Hollywood looked like it was undergoing some construction or maintenance.

Easy to take the shuttle to the station and then get to anywhere you need to go….into Hong Kong, over to the outlets. Not many food options at the hotel so it’s handy to go to the nearby outlets for dinner etc
