"Always enjoy our time here but it was a shock to find that access to the spa is no longer included. Expedia should make this clear on their website as the reviews all say how lovely the spa is butno mention of the £15 per person each day required which puts an additional £60 on an overnight stay if you want to go in when you get there and before you leave."

"The room itself to sleep 4 of us was excellent in size, very clean and spacious. The beds were a little creaky, the base of the shower was very slippy, so we used a small towel as a non slip mat as my daughter slipped but other than that it was perfect. Perfect location. We enjoyed an evening walk across the bridge to have an evening meal which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent choices to suit all. We will definitely book again."

"To be honest I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a little out the way and there isn’t really anything nearby apart from a few pubs that you have to drive to. They stopped serving food at 5pm and I was there as a work trip staying away. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Very uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep well. The shower was nice and warm though and the room was very clean. "

"Awful experience. Left a day early as had no sleep due to faulty and noisy radiator. Hotel it self is run down and needs a good tidy up. Went to the bar for some drinks, no staff around and 80s cocktail bar music blaring, not a great atmosphere to relax and chat with friends. I emailed the hotel twice before we arrived and also once after our stay to complain. No reply on either times!! "

"Great welcome from the blonde lady on reception. Breakfast was excellent delivered by friendly staff. Our room was clean and fresh towels daily. Nothing was too much trouble by team Falcon. Parking was easy and safe. Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel."

"Clean room staff very helpful,Bar is very nice serve and friendly in different room Breakfast is all there very nice. But when stayed in No 1 (McNeil) toilet you can get WiFi but you out of toilet you can’t have it! And when outside doorway about 8pm and early morning can’t see get a light on see where I am going!"
