"we had an absolutely beautiful time at the grand Palladium Lady Hamilton in Jamaica. The beginning was a bit of a rocky start to start. We stood in line for check-in for HOURS, the travel club as nice as it is and as worth it as I think it could be if you have money, I really think there's a better way they could go about it so if you can try to avoid it great if you're interested in learning about it then by all means, go ahead and spend your day with them. We got upgraded to a room because there were several issues that were going on with ours. we had a junior suite Garden view, which the nice thing was as we still had a pretty view of the ocean, but Our air conditioner did not work. The television did not work and did not have a remote to it. The room I'm sorry to say it was not extremely clean and the tub had broken jets in it. It was really disappointing, and we brought it to the attention of managers there and they got our room upgraded which the nice thing was as we ended up being closer to the other couple that we were traveling with, so that also made us feel better, as well. Overall, we had a beautiful time and we were sad to leave, to be honest. Majority of the staff that we were around were extremely sweet and kind and friendly. They made it feel like home. The food everywhere we went was absolutely delicious, and the pool is absolutely to die for. I would definitely go again, but I would also recommend splurging on the more expensive rooms if you can."
