"The hotel was in a great location. Quiet area, as behind an office building. Easy to get everywhere by foot. Withing walking distance of the train station. Public transportation in the area was excellent and easy to get to from the hotel. We had one bus that we would take right in front of the hotel. Room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed comfortable. No negatives on our behalf. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is the 2nd Premier Inn we have stayed at and would recommend it. "

"It's a Hilton, so a lot as can be expected, of good quality. However, some stains on carpets and on the walls in the hotel and stains on the chair in the room. That was not expected. Service was great, staff were friendly and the hotel is close to trams, which is great."

"This is the perfect location for visiting the Black Forest right at the edge of the city of Frieburg (allowing no cars, in case you weren't aware). We stayed for two nights hiking in the area and visiting the Open Air Museum. Frieberg was charming for late afternoon/evening activities. The hotel is not fancy, but perfect for most as it is well maintained, guest oriented and extremely clean. Parking is available for 15e per night. The complimentary simple buffet breakfast provided each morning was a wonderful way to start each day. Service by both the front desk and breakfast staff was friendly, genuine and excellent. Inexpensive laundry service was available with quick turnaround, which was so helpful as we were close to finishing a multi-week trip. Restaurant recommendations provided were thoughtful and perfect for our needs. 5 stars for our visit May 14-16, 2026. Don't wait to book. I booked months in advance and was super glad when I checked weeks later and there was no availability."
