"Good location especially for the price. The room was comfortable. Basic equipment to cook and prepare meals is available (2 place settings, utensils, pots and pans). Small supermarket next door. Rooms are quiet. Reception staff were helpful. Excellent cafe and workspace on the ground floor. Good outdoor seating space too. No major complaints beyond the very small gym. "

"I didn't eat the breakfast but the stay was enjoyable. I didn't expect the rooms to be that small, coming from the USA we're used to more space but regardless, i slept well and enjoyed the property. I love it, and i will be returning (to a bigger room ofc). The locals PERFECT for me. Best stay in canary wharf imo. "

"Our first room was filthy- the ‘cleaning rag’ was even left in the bathroom which turned out to be a dirty pillow case. Was moved to a different room and was told we would have that room for the remainder of our stay. However, was told the next morning we had to move and was left without a room for the day until after 3pm. The put up bed for my 7 year old was not in the room. Took us telling reception 3 times and it was eventually brought to the room at 8:30pm. Very outdated rooms and not as expected. Breakfast also not worth the money. Reception staff unhelpful."

"Room was clean and had everything we needed. Couldn’t beat the location, very walkable to many different attractions or to the underground station, for anything a little further out. Would definitely stay again."

"Location is fantastic, staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed and linens were clean but overall the room didn't feel clean, the power went out (understandably not their fault but still sucked) and we had to pack up to checkout in the dark. Overall the room did not feel worth 400$ a night and we would try somewhere else next time. "

"The room was spacious with a nice view of the Thames. There was no soap in the bathroom. No biggie, called down and someone brought some up. Got in the shower, body wash was also empty. Called down again. It had a kitchenette, dish soap also empty. I was excited about the opportunity to do laundry however no laundry soap. I went to the front desk to ask if I could get some and was told I had to go next door to Tesco to buy some. Went next door and they only sold full size bottles which I wasn’t going to buy for one load, so no laundry. There’s carpet in the bedroom which was filthy. When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready (we were early), so we left our bags and ventured out. I asked the front desk if they could have the sofa bed set up while housekeeping was getting the room ready. Got back around 6, sofa bed not set up. Called down and housekeeping came up but appeared completely annoyed we even asked to have this done. I was literally getting a tip out of my purse when they “smacked” the bed with their hand, said “there you go” and abruptly left the room. I ordered Uber Eats however, I didn’t realize Uber Eats are not permitted in the hotel at all (even the lobby), so had to go down outside to meet him. Upon checkout, the front desk asked how my stay was, I said “it was just ok”, she replied “oh that’s good, have a great day”. The only person I encountered here who was amazing was the gentleman who brought up our luggage. Would not stay here again."

"Unfortunately its not a place that i can recommend. The beds are moving too much that I almost fell over so I asked the bottom bed When I did my check in the receptionist almost threw me the room card. The next morning When I asked where to paid a coffee , She just said its closed and still looking her computer . Few mns after They served one person, then said no and again served some. You can't really change you device as the equipments are next to the bottom beds. The only good point it was the bathroom inside the room"
