This hotel is ideal for visiting The O2 as it is on as 24 hr bus service so no need to taxis. It also near the rail station with trains going to both Waterloo East and Victoria. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very good with real coffee. Safe to say it is my go to hotel when going to The O2.

Very pleasant hotel in an excellent location for train or bus.The staff were lovely,really friendly and welcoming.The hotel and room are dated and very warm.The bed and pillows comfortable and the bathroom spotless and modern with a good shower.WIFI poor.Breakfast was really good and a very nice dining room.Staff there exceptional,self service had a very good choice, everything fresh and hot,eggs and coffee excellent. Overall very good,would stay again.

A great hotel, we were lucky are rooms were ready so early check in! Free parking a big bonus... Room clean and tidy bathroom could maybe do with an up grade bit fully functional, our room overlooked the common, we were on the 3rd floor! Breakfast was great and serving untill 10, wide selection from cereal, overnight oats, yogurts, pastries, excellent cooked breakfast! Took a coffee into garden after breakfast which was lovely. Cannot fault this hotel at all...£125 for a double room with breakfast and parking what's not to like!! Excellent place to stay for our visit to 58th street 😀

Lovely old fashioned hotel but a bit tired. It wasn’t possible to lock the door from inside using the key and the snip didn’t work. Also the door didn’t fit snugly into the door frame. Otherwise the room was clean but it was described as a triple room but had four single beds in the room which made the room feel a bit cramped. The breakfast was included in room rate and the breakfast items were varied and delicious. Great location overlooking Blackheath Common.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. WIFI was hit and miss which was frustrating. No aircon but did have a fan in the room. Had windows open but street traffic was VERY noisy with police sirens happening on a regular basis throughout both nights. Breakfast was mixed - cooked was very good but limited options on cereal, fruit, croisants/bread etc. Lovely garden area. Complimentary mini-bar was a bonus. Would stay again.
