"External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost."

"I had a great stay here. The staff was super friendly. The rooms are super clean water showers. Everything was great. They just don’t have a big swimming pool. That’s about it and fitness center really small but great for business and everything else was excellent."

"This Hotel is clean, accomodating, comfortable, and a great place to relax, wash, and sleep. Some of the staff speak more languages than Portuguese, which was very helpful. Great breakfast each morning. Made sure I was comfortable without being intrusive. I hope I get to stay here again. Highly recommend."

"Hotel was dated but fair-priced, and I had problems with a leaky shower and low-flush toilet, but staff was very helpful in addressing them. Standard amenities include A/C, cable TV, phone, mini-refrigerator, etc. Rich and fresh breakfast choices that includes typical Brazilian (breads, coffee, fruits, fruit juice) and other standard fare (sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, etc).
