Friendly staff. A little outdated. Noisy guests. Parking lot often full. Had to park in the employee parking lot that was a 1-2 minute walk to the hotel. Parking is a little over $30 per day. Overall our experience was okay but won’t be returning.

Hotel Zaza Houston Museum District
This was a good, hotel in a great district with some very nice amenities. The staff are lovely and the shuttle is fantastic. I didn’t use the pool or spa so can’t speak to this. The rooms are not as luxury boutique as I was expecting but they were certainly comfortable, just a bit in need of renovation- ...

The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
The stay was good however I had to depart early due to a deaf in my family abd was able to contact Ezpedia for a refund afwr several attempts.
