make sure to be at the checkin desk by or before 6PM, otherwise you have lost your first day and you wont be sure there will be a room the next day. dont believe Expedia they have spoken with someone no they dont and your reservation is gone and your first day is gone. make sure you are BEFORE 6PM as simple as that

The room was clean. The things i didn't like is that they test the smoke alarms early in the morning without giving notice and the cold water didn't work for like a day so that caused the toilet not to flush . I called the after hours number no one answered and i didn't get a call back.

Zero privacy

The people here have zero communication skills. They also don’t understand people’s privacy. So expect them to try to walk in, in the early morning while you’re sleeping multiple times bcuz their staff has no idea what’s going on.

I stayed in room 326 and the door never locked after you walked out closed the door, the electronic lock was not working, you could turn and the knob without the key and the door opened. I told maintenance he did something, it worked for like a day then the problem came back again.
