"We have stayed here many times and liked it. However this time they put us on the 17th floor when the 18th floor was under complete renovation (ripping up floors etc). I am talking jack hammers right above our heads to the point that I could not even make a phone call in my room let alone a nap!! ..."

"The property was beautiful and peaceful. I did not appreciate the fact that the pool bar was closed on a Saturday and the kitchen didn’t open until 4-5pm, did not provide much convenience for us, as were there to take a break and relax."
