Travelled with a toddler. Once booked, I messaged the hotel to inform them that I would need equipment for a child under 1 year, early checkin if possible and also wooden flooring. None of these requests were acknowledged and replied to. We had to even call the hotel up, still nothing requested was accommodated for.
Arriving at the hotel, they changed my booking to under my wife’s name, which confused their own system, leading us to wait for 2 hours.
Whilst staying in the room, they basically put us next to a bunch of teenagers that partied until 1am, in which I needed to call and complain.
All these negatives happened to us with the hotel knowing that I was arriving with a child under a year old.
I’m a gold hotels.com member, nothing was accommodated for and the status wasn’t recognised.
A very poor hotel group, not recommended for families.
This is a 4 star hotel as based on the Hotels.com rating, I would put this as an international 2 star. Would also like to add, they charged us for changing a room to one with wooden flooring, despite our resquesting!
