"Everything was exceptional. We arrived late in the evening and our original hotel couldn’t be found and didn’t answer our calls (booked on Agoda- never again) so I hopped on hotels.com and booked two rooms at the Centara. Front desk was so helpful and understanding and got us in and set up in upgraded rooms. The rooms are large and have everything you need and a beautiful view of the river, city and mountains. The following morning the concierge helped us book a great private tour of the Chiang Rai temples and a longneck village. Our driver Bank was kind and friendly. Just nice to be at a property where they staff is obviously happy. Will make this my second home going forward when I visit. Kudos to the GM. You’re doing a fine job. "

"Besides the fact that our room was not ready until 1800 (6pm!!!), we enjoyed everything else. We were comped the daily breakfast, which I think was a nice touch due to the room not being ready."

"One of the best hotels you can get in Chiang Mai. Very good service desk, rooms, food and faciliates. The only thing was the firealarm that was scary and we had to go to the front to find out why. They accomodated our ask to get a king size or queen size bed. The location though becuase it is close to Maya mall (good) but also the Bolt/Grab cars may take a bit longer becuase the main insterection light takes about 5 minute each signal change. "
