"The check in lady wasn’t the nicest. She gave me my room key and didn’t even let me know where the elevators were or to have a good stay. Yes there were others behind me, but being in customer service myself, you take care of the customer at hand. I did walk away and she was helping someone else already and then I asked where the elevators were and she told me. As far as the breakfast, I’m not sure I like this way as yes I know everyone is different. For the buffet, you either prepay (cheaper) or pay on site. There aren’t any pancakes or waffles on the buffet (continental), so if you want one of these, you can get a regular breakfast meal - which is part of the prepay. I guess I’m used to continental breakfast’s where these are included, and I can get as much other stuff as I would like. Again this is my person opinion. The lady at the breakfast area was super nice. The grounds are clean and the area is quiet. Plenty of parking. On a funny note, I did not see any bath towels, and called the front desk and had them bring some up. I searched high and low for them. When I went to shower and opened the curtain, there they were - three towels on a rack in the shower. I’ve not been to a hotel where they had a shelf that had towels on them in the shower. "

"Everything was easy from the booking to the parking and check in. Everyone I encountered at the front desk and the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. My room was having issues with the heating and didn't have a mirror over the vanity, but they called me and let me know and they adjusted the price accordingly. The pool was the perfect temperature! I really appreciate the staff and enjoyed my stay."

"This was a fine overnight stay. The pool was perfect for small kids. Breakfast had decent options for the family. "

"I never give bad reviews, however, even though the price is affordable I would not recommend this property.The property was a bit ran down. The room smell musty and old. Bathroom was not clean, with hair in the tub and on the floor, mirrors not clean, floor felt sticky. Family in the room next to us was yelling and kids were crying most of the night. Pool is closed and this was not noted until after we booked. Beds and pillows were comfy, breakfast was good. The parking lot was dark. Area seems questionable due to looking dirty and we saw drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. Our family was safe however I would not recommend if traveling with kids."

"Clean room, nice glass elevator, and open lobby. We had to stop from our TX-MA trip and we’d been getting snowed on half the trip. We got a great snooze, excellent breakfast, and we were greeted quickly when walking inside around 10:30PM. There were multiple young adult sport teams staying but we had no problem parking. We had no problems sleeping. There was plenty of food for breakfast"
