"When we arrived it turned out they didn’t have our reservation from Expedia and were fully booked. This was a frustrating situation especially when it was our first stop on our vacation. The staff were quick to solve the problem and moved us to the Leaside Manor down the road where we were greeted by amazing staff that helped us settle in with ease. Big thanks to everyone that helped us from the Monastery and Leaside Manor. "

"The check in clerk was AMAZING and very apologetic and accommodating. The house keeping staff however are NOT doing their job!! Our first room wasn't even cleaned at all. Lights on, tv on, bed unmade, towels in the bathtub. Went back and again, the check in clerk was very nice and gave us a new room. This room however obviously hadn't been swept and there was BROKEN GLASS on the floor in numerous spots throughout the suit (bathroom behind door, in front of mini fridge, between bed and nightstand, etc). We will not be staying here again, just not worth the headache."
