"The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. "This is a lovely family owned property located conveniently close to the train station. The comfort room was spacious and tidy, equipped w a water kettle and assortment of teas. Beds were comfortable (sheets slightly rough) but blankets had a good weight to them. Breakfast was a great assortment of hot and cold foods w eggs/omelette/benedict made to order. Many ingredients were organic as well. A great value - I definitely would stay again!"

"Hotel was located very close to the central train station and numerous eating establishments. All the major attractions were inside 20 minute walk. My only annoyance was lack of typical amenities like an ironing board, slippers, or even a coffee and tea station in the room. These annoyances were somewhat offset by the presence of a small gym and sauna for guests. Would I stay here again, for the price and location I would say yes but I would keep i mind I am paying for the convenience of location and not amenities."

"Cloud One, formally Hyperion, from arrival to departure we were well looked after. Staff positive and friendly throughout the hotel: reception, breakfast, concierge, bar. Modern clean hotel, able to set the temperature in the room and bathroom to different temperatures to suit. Mini bar was well stocked. Even some board games to help pass the time if needed. Buffet breakfast was well stocked and cooked your eggs to order, from breads, meats, fruits and to cooked food. A secure luggage room should you arrive early."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean and tidy; the staff were very friendly; our room had everything we needed; the shower was particularly good; there was plenty of very nice food at breakfast. We liked very much that the hotel gives a €5 voucher for any day you don’t have your room cleaned. This could then be spent in the bar or restaurant - what a great idea! The hotel is in a good location, handy for trains and many bus lines. Our room overlooked the street which was a bit noisy with the windows open; but once they were shut we couldn’t hear anything. The extra tax that the city charges (currently 50c per person per night) to then provide a Guest Mobility ticket was fabulous. We got the train to Werfen and Zell am See; the bus to Bad Ischl and Hellbrunn Palace; and various buses and trams round the city and it cost us nothing at all with our Guest Mobility ticket. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone planning to visit Salzburg."
