"Unsafe experience and poor management response. My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. On the first day, the hallways were extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. On the second day, I witnessed people smoking marijuana in the pool area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially for families and guests using the amenities. I immediately requested a call from management, but no one ever followed up. I was informed there was no manager available on the weekends, and despite my request, my concerns were never addressed. The lack of response and accountability from management was very disappointing. I expected a safer environment, better enforcement of hotel policies, and improved customer service. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience."

"Great location! My husband and I were trying to find something simple for a weekend getaway. This was perfect in so many ways. We were able to relax in our room or enjoy the pool. The best part was being able to play games at Dave&Busters, watch a movie at AMC or pick a place to eat without having to drive anywhere! Let not forget to mention the staff was was awesome as well. We are already looking to see when we can go back."
