"Everything was good except that they would not provide me an electronic version of my receipt unless I request it by e-mail. Just about any other hotel they provide that at the moment one checks in or out. Aside from that, I was very lucky that, when I checked in at around 6 PM there was only a line of about 5 customers ahead of me. When I came back down at around 10 PM, the line was of at least 50. Rather suprsising."
