"We had a good time in the Galeria Plaza Reforma Hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. Several highlights were on walking distance and a lot of nice restaurants in the street. "

"This hotel is fairly priced for the location in Roma Norte. The rooms have AC and nice amenities. Our room had a water leak in the ceiling but the staff quickly moved us to another one without issue."

Spa and gym were great except there were no co-ed spas which was unfortunate for our trip as this was a couple trip. That was the only inconvenience in our whole trip. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful!"
