"The hotel was in the perfect location for our needs. In our opinion it was nicer than what a majority of the reviews would suggest. The rooms are small but adequate. We would have preferred a bigger bed but we were able to survive the full size. It was obvious that the room had been remodeled fairly recently. The mini-fridge, TV, and air conditioning unit worked well. Limited storage for clothing, but workable. Shower water pressure was a little weak but sufficient. The staff were attentive and helpful. The grab and go breakfast had limited options, but we liked them and the coffee was very good. We plan to stay here again during our next visit to Chicago."
