"To start this hotel is extraordinary, the location is key if you want to explore Chicago. There is a Starbucks conveniently located outside and the grocery store across the street as well as multiple restaurants down the block. I would definitely rebook and consider this hotel as my first pick any other trip to Chicago. Personally I love pool activities and it seems dislocation many of the guests go out and so the pool is pretty private if you say so."
"My daughter and I stayed in the annex portion of the hotel, in a queen loft room. The room was immaculate, and the beds were comfortable. We mentioned that it was my daughter’s birthday at check-in and the staff surprised us with Stan’s Donuts and a sweet note! We found everyone there to be kind and helpful. We’ll be back for sure!"
