"Despite a minor setback with our original room having an odor from cigarettes and an issue with the AC, the staff quickly rectified the situation. In fact we ended up in a junior suite which looked over the gardens and turned out amazing. The decor is classic European style. The hotel is centrally located, but in a quieter part of the city, with easy commutes by train, taxi or walking to many of Tokyos best sites. Theres also a free shuttle bus to a major train station. You must try the hotel breakfast buffet, a combination of Japanese and American cuisine. Overall a delightful stay."

"I had a great stay at your hotel. The room was spacious and the staff was super friendly and flexible and was also ready to help. The only thing I want to mention is that I would smell a sewage smell in the bathroom after housekeeping cleaned the bathroom. I wasn’t sure if it was the cleaning solution or cleaning materials used or if it was something else. It was something I noticed and wanted to share with you. This is not a complaint but something I noticed. Thank you for your consideration. "

"Hotel was very conveniently close to the main Shinjuku train terminal which meant hoping on local or main subway lines was fast and convenient. Hotel room was spacious with a nice shower and bath. My two biggest gripes about the hotel are the lack of Gym and no room service. I guess because there are a million options at your front door it doesn’t make much sense to offer that room service but as I fell ill for a few days I really didn’t want to get out of bed and track down food. Regarding the GYM they mentioned a nearby gym where you can buy daily or weekly passes. Sorry but the notion I should have to pay for a separate package and leave the hotel to go exercise is sad. Especially with the traffic this hotel is dealing with."

"Nice hotel, close to transit. Not a huge room, but very clean. Room large enough to have 2 suitcases opened at the same time for packing. Check hotel bar hours to make sure they are open before visiting, we tried to visit both and both were closed or had called last call for 9pm."

"The staff were excellent, the check in process was smooth and quick. The hotel itself was the nicest hotel our entire trip. It was our honeymoon so the staff decided to write us a nice letter congratulating us and well wishes. Overall the hotel is super nice, the 7/11 on the basement level was a huge plus. Would recommend anyone ! 11/10 stars "

"The hotel was little further than i expected from main station especially wheelchair accessible or stroller lifts. The rooms were very tight and dated which was a contrast to all other areas in hotel."
