"A great hotel with clean rooms in a very good location."

"Staff was great. We were greeted with welcome drinks. Room was fairly clean but needs some updates and maintenance. Hotels website also needs to be updated. One of the reasons we chose this property was because of the great prices and menu options in the restaurant. But were disappointed that the menu/price on their site were outdated…everything is more then double the price. "

"Had a pleasant stay at the Hotel Roma. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfy. The staff were very good and helpful. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. An enjoyable stay. Close to transport links and close enough to walk to most restaurants or attractions "

"Close to the old town centre and Charles bridge. I was with a group of eight friends, but was the only guest with the small, out of date and not newly upgraded room on the 5th floor. Very narrow around the double bed and to to the wardrobe, kettle. A high small window, no cooling, only heating so had to leave the window open for fresh air. Everyone else in my group used a different third party to book. I didn't even have any USB or charging sockets by the bedside or on the headboard like my friends had nextdoor. I wish now I'd known after checking in to see if could of changed the room. I didn't sample breakfast but it was included. I heard it was good with plenty of choices. Hot and cold. The bar staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the wines. Lovely coffee served too. I maybe was just unfortunate on this occasion as the other rooms did look delightful and spacious. My friends were much more fortunate than I was."
