"Very pleasant stay in fantastic location, just minutes from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Decent breakfast, with items varying day to day, lovely bread. Daily room cleaning was a bit haphazard but bedding and towels were good. No bar/lounge but lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel itself is off the main street in a little square so we weren’t disturbed at night. Would stay again"

Our special thanks and appreciation to Pavel, hotel manager, head receptionist Roman and receptionist Arina for their professionalism, excellent customer service care and positive attitude! Also we really enjoyed breakfast buffet prepared daily by chefs Sebastian and Jose. Would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends."

"nice hotel within walking distance of everything & a great location, however the room was very warm and sleeping at night was uncomfortable, even with the windows open as it simply was not cold enough outside to cool down the rooms, you have the option to pay for the AC remote which i think is silly. if its not cold enough outside, the AC should be on."

"Did not take the breakfast option. Have stayed at the Roma in 2025 and 2026, two weeks each time. Had the room we wanted, corner facing the park. Very enjoyable."
