"Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere were very good. It is a small hotel and does not seem to have a lift. The wifi environment was so comfortable that there is nothing to say. The keys are age-old and a bit tricky. But this was not a problem either. We were impressed with the shower that didn't leak outside. "It was hard to organize the trip because it said check in was only from 11-5 pm. And whenever I send a message thru Expedia, they didn’t answer my question- so we had to rush to check in before 5. But I don’t think it mattered since the check in was a few blocks away at a different hotel. All very confusing. The rooms were lovely and bed was comfy. There is a common room/kitchen which looks like you can use if you want "

"Great staff, extremely helpful and super kind. The room was renovated, spacious and had a good fan for the hot nights. Very well situated, close to the mosel, the train and a winery. The breakfast was very complete: muesli, eggs, cold cuts, breads, cheeses; you make it. "

"Behzat and his staff make you feel home from the first second you’re there. He runs an amazing team. The food is outstanding and we received a room upgrade without having to ask for anything. Behzat recommended a Mosel wine stand a couple of blocks from the hotel and we had a great time sitting in the sun with a bottle of wine at an affordable price. Thanks guys, great job and we’ll be back for a longer stay!"
