Guest reserved 1 queen bed for 2 guest and when guest arrived they have more people so our front desk tell guest you have to get another room for other guest so guest did not like it Guest try to violate hotel occupancy policies sorry for inconvenience .

Sorry for in convenience we all ready display our address that we are on pacific coast hwy generally all hotels located on highways, freeways exit or major street and good attraction where people like to visit, city do not give permits to built hotels in quiet area or quiet street or residence area and you complain about noise we do have double glass window and double curtain and it is fully approved by city and our huntington beach is very popular in world wide tourist destination and you came on busiest time on air show in city approximately about 30000 people visit huntington beach so loud noise from military aircrafts and shows if you looking for quiet than you have to choose destination where no people travel ,no major events, and you gone be enjoy .

This guest have seriously drug problem our record indicates our housekeeper provide them and when we clean their 1 room we count how many supply we provide to you 10 big towels 8 hand towels 5 wash cloth 5 bathmat a 2 sets of sheets and he through garbage every were in property screaming very loud back side community were call for him and all towels they misuse hotel supply.next time do not come here we dont need you find place where you pleased.

You stay 3 nights entire stay your tv is working last night after midnight you press something and it’s not working our front desk try to guide you to fix but you don’t want to put your effort to work midnight no body gone come to fix your tv not in hotel and not in home.All services are complimentary and gone provide in daytime not after midnight.

Sorry for inconvenience you were mention that there is no view but you did not reserved or paying for view at all if you want view than both that type of room. you mention mattrres and pillows were hard we used top line of name brand mattrres and pillows they also used in marriot you complain about our security of door we do have electronics locks and that comes with deadbolt if you want double lock guest can do it but you do not have any knowledge how to use or put effort how to use same thing with microwave every thing works lack of knowledge and effort.
