Pas du tout accueillant

Une fois arriver a l'hôtel apparement il n'ont pas eu de confirmation de la pars d'expedia et nous on fait attendre plus de 5h a l'acceuil , l'entrée de l'hôtel est une vrai porcherie aucun personnelle compétent

Direkte på stranden, hjælpsomt personale

Hotellet ligger direkte på stranden, og personalet er søde og hjælpsomme. De har yderst få gæster, men er i fuld gang med at gøre ude-arealerne pæne. Mit værelse var meget slidt, men havde en dejlig stor terrasse lige ud for poolen. Jeg var skuffet over 2 ting: 1. Poolen var iskold, så jeg brugte den ikke. 2. Pga få gæster blev morgenmaden ikke serveret som buffet, men på værelset. De burde derfor have en liste, man kunne vælge morgenmad udfra, i stedet for at de selv bare serverede, hvad de havde. Trods alt et dejligt ophold på 6 dage.

Hotel klacht! Aqua Fun

Hotel was geboekt voor All- inclusive n suprieur kamer, bij aankomst in hotel heb ik niets van al dit gekregen. De kamer was zeer oud n versleten, stonk heer erg, er was niets aanwezig zelfs geen handoeken en geen haardroger. Ronduit vuil n versleten ! Indien ik wou drinken zou ik eerst 10 dollar extra moeten betalen . Ik vroeg naar de manager die was niet aanwezig n wou mij ook niet te woord staan via telefoon. Met het receptie personeel viel niet te praten om tot een overeenkomst te komen dus na enkele uren n veel discuties het hotel verlaten . Mss kan u daar iets aan doen om mijn centen terug te krijgen ... Dank U

EEN GROTE RAMP!!!!!!!! EENS MAAR NOOIT MEER!!!!!

Een grote RAMP!!!!!! geen kamer bij aankomst aanwezig kreeg een kamer waar al in een bed was geslapen vieze handdoek lag er,climate control werkte niet!!! De toeristen politie erbij gehaald zo ga je niet met toeristen om!!! Vies vuil hotel met slecht niet toerist vriendelijk personeel!!!!!! Absoluut nooit meer dit hotel aan Nederlanders aanbieden !!!!!!!! Heb zelf een appartement gevonden waar we de vakantie hebben doorgebracht. DIT NOOIT MEER!! prachtige foto s van het hotel maar wekelijkheid is helaas anders.

Save your money and don't stay here

I've been going to Hurghada every year for the last 10 years and have stayed in 2-3-4 and 5* hotels but this was by far the worst accommodation. The state of the hotel is shocking, it's dirty, food is at best mediocre. Even staff who work there say it's a pretty bad hotel to stay at. The only good thing about Aqua Fun is its location. Stay somewhere else.

the hotel staff were fab although shops in and arround hotel a bit ..........food a little repetertive and we were meant to b all inclusive this turned out to b soft all inclusive meaning no alcohol within price but that did not bother us as dont drink but was a matter of principle that it said all inc on here might as well gone for half board

3 WOCHEN und das schrecklichste Hotel auf ERDEN!

- Safe funktionierte 1 Woche nicht! - Roomkeeping konnte nur in Anwesenheit Zimmer säubern, weil mein Türschloss defekt war und nur ich einen Schlüssel hatte! - Kakerlaken am Essensbuffet und IN der Suppe! - Handtücher wurden nur nach mehrmaligem Fragen gewechselt! - Öfter mal kein Kaffee am Frühstücksbuffet oder wahlweise dann keine Milch! - Fernseher nur Russische und Arabische Kanäle! - Öfter mal kein Warmwasser! Dann auch mal gar kein Wasser! - Minibar steht am Kopfende des eigenen Bettes, weil es im ganzen Raum keine weitere Steckdose gibt! - Schlechtes Licht im Bad und allgemein eigenartige Voltspannung auf der Leitung (mein Ladekabel wurde immer zu heiss und dann ist es durchgebrannt)! - Dreckige Gläser und Tassen sind standard! - Bettwäsche wurde 3 Wochen nicht gewechselt! - Kein Telefon im Zimmer. Habe drauf hingewiesen wurde aber ignoriert! - Grünanlagen wurden zur Mittagszeit immer mit Kloakewasser gegossen! - Schranktüren defekt! - Mobiliar allgemein sehr alt! - Toilettenspülung verkalkt! - Handtuchboy öfters nicht da, musste auf einen Boattrip ohne ein Handtuch! - Stetiges Angegrabe von jeglichem Personal! - Stetiges Angegaffe wenn man am Hotelstrand sitzt und ewige Betteleien um ein Date vom hauseigenen Personal! - Keine "Bitte Nicht Stören" Schild bekommen obwohl ich mehrmals drauf hingewiesen habe! - Kein Kingsize Bett bekommen, wie gebucht und bezahlt! - 2x kam das Dusch- und Kloakewasser im Bad wieder hoch aufgrund Rohrverstopfung!

Jag var en vecka på Aqua Fun Hotel i Hurghada och hade bokat och betalat för ALL INCLUSIVE. Men fick enbart SOFT INCLUSIVE , vilket jag personligen aldrig upplevt el hört talas om tidigare. Jag blev oxå utsatt för inbrott i mitt rum och med det oxå stöld och förstörelse av mina ägodelar, vilket jag upplevde mycket obehagligt men själva så ryckte personalen enbart på axlarna åt händelsen. Hotellet har inte den faciliteten som utges i informationen. Hotellet är under renovering och dessutom luktar det kloak vart man än befinner sig i anläggningen. Dålig stämning över lag och urusel mat. ..Rekommenderar verkligen ingen att besöka Aqua Fun Hotel.
