"The room was very clean, however, it reeked of cigarette smell and an unknown odor. I am a nonsmoker and smelt it immediately upon entering the room. Also metal drain stopper had a small twist on handle that was just sitting on the edge of the tub. I tried twisting it back on but couldn't. I reported to receptionist and was told maintenance staff would not be in until the morning. Another family member was able to fix for me. Staff were very polite and accommodating for task within their job...
