The front desk and housekeeping staff are wonderful! The hotel is in a beautiful woods right outside a lovely old historic town. It is immaculately clean and very spacious rooms. The best value for the money in the 2 weeks we have been in Europe.

We stayed for 1 night to visit the town of Eguisheim. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious; very clean and comfy. The breakfast was very delicious with lots of choices. Would highly recommend.

Good hotel but the Restaurant is pricey and I could not order a beer for the because the waitress didn’t understand English. It took 40 minutes from ordering till we had our beverages and even 10 minutes more for our dinner. The hotel is well kept and very nice. Checking and checkout was easy.

This is a perfect home base for touring the villages of the Alsace. If you wish to have dinner in the restaurant, it’s best to make reservations when you make your room reservations. The restaurant was sold out the entire length of our stay.

We stopped over en route to Italy. Whilst only 20 mins from the main highway, you enter the most beautiful tranquil zone. It’s like stepping back in time. The hotel is set High up overlooking plateau below. The rooms are excellent with all the amenities one would expect. The spa is relaxing and clean. Overall, a great choice

The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is to die for - it's one of those places where your heartrate instantly drops. I've been coming to the hotel for 25 years, and it's absolutely wonderful. This was the first time with the new owners though, and things could have been handled more smoothly. First off, quite a lot of the staff don't speak English at all.Secondly, when checking out the reception had overcharged the breakfast on *both* my rooms, and billed me double the amount of breakfasts we had in total. It seemed quite strange, that it happened in both rooms.
